Baby Diane Toan knows what it feels like to wear every hat — founder, admin, marketer, project manager, customer support — all while raising a family and managing a household. As a wife and mother of three humans and three fur babies, she built BDT Virtual Solutions from one belief: no one should have to carry everything alone.
What started as freelance VA work grew into something bigger — a team-powered agency built on community, collaboration, and care. Today, BDT Virtual Solutions is home to 14+ skilled virtual assistants who support business owners across industries.
