About This Role
What you'll actually do.
Our Executive Assistants are the foundation of every BDT Virtual Solutions engagement. You'll work directly with one or two business owners — getting deep into their day-to-day so they can focus on the work only they can do.
We pair every EA with a Project Manager, so you're never alone figuring it out. Training is structured, mentorship is real, and the work is meaningful.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Manage inbox triage and respond to routine client communication
- Maintain calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
- Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
- Build and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks
- Track follow-ups and surface what needs the founder's attention
What we look for
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Excellent written English
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and at least one PM tool
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Willingness to overlap with US time zones for at least 4 hours/day
